I cried today out of Joy when I finally slowed down to hear the leaves fall.

I did not set out to laugh today while walking with Totoro (my Whippet ), as in...the entire duration of a 45 minute walk! It just worked out that way. Hahaha!! Because it was foggy, it appeared we were all alone and I was feeling a little off. Unrestrained I uttered a quite ha ha and a little more and more, and more and then hey ya...I found I wanted to keep at it. It was so much fun! I did at one point look over at Totoro worried on every level she might discover this laughter contagious!
